I kept track of bookings manually and had no systems or workflows in place to help keep me or my clients to stay organized. Sitting down with Kayla and having her go through my entire process, from a new lead to sending the final gallery was so valuable! She was able to pinpoint the weaker areas of my process and give me the insight and tools to strengthen them.
I put everything I learned from Kayla into immediate action and was able to double my business within two years.
