Where do I even start! Kayla is an amazing person and photographer.
I admired Kayla's work for years before becoming engaged and finally being able to ask her to photograph our wedding. I have always been drawn to her use of film, as I love how ethereal the pictures turn out. She uses both film and digital, so you really do get the best of both worlds. I didn't really need to look at anyone else because I knew if Kayla was available, we would have her be part of our day.
Kayla is so easy to work with and makes you feel so comfortable. My husband is not the photo taking type of guy but Kayla really helped to ease his nerves during our engagement shoot (highly recommend doing one) and the wedding day. Many of our guests have mentioned how lovely Kayla was on the day of our wedding and of course, how beautiful our photos turned out. To say we are obsessed with our pictures is honestly an understatement. Kayla honoured our request for "lots of candids" and delivered the most stunning photographs, which we will cherish forever.
