Never in a million years would I expect that an Instagram giveaway would result in me meeting one of the sweetest couples of all time, but here we are.

To celebrate New Year’s Eve back in January, I put out a little contest for an engagement session giveaway and received an entry from Mira. Five months later and less than two months before her soon to be wedding with her fiancé Dane, we spent the evening getting soaked with rain, laughing until our abs hurt, and chasing bumblebees in between the prettiest apple blossoms at Spirit Tree Estate Cidery.

These two are basically the definition of “meant to be.” Looking back on our time together, I can’t help but fall in love with them as a couple. Whether it was hearing them speak through massive grins as they talked about the day they met as neighbors in residence during University, or talking about their plans to adopt their brand new dog (who they just brought home yesterday!) it was so easy to see how they effortlessly fit together and make each other the best version of themselves.

Mira and Dane – I can’t wait for you two to officially become husband and wife and am so excited that I got to be a small part of your love story! One more month!
