I am so excited to be sharing this shoot that was just featured on Joy Wed!

I always absolutely love photographing Art Gallery of Hamilton weddings for my clients, so when Danielle of Shaw Events approached me in hopes of shooting a wedding editorial there last spring, I was absolutely over the moon!

For this shoot we were inspired by blending sleek, modern elements with more romantic and wild components. Shooting at the incredible Art Gallery of Hamilton allowed us to start with a blank slate of sorts, complete with clean lines, white walls, and high ceilings. From there, Danielle from Shaw Events was able to bring in elements such as the loose feminine florals from Roses and Twine Floral Studio and the more classic looking invitation suite from Flourish Calligraphy. To pull everything together, we styled the bride in a simple and elegant Elizabeth Dye gown with a lot of movement to really bring in that passionate and romantic quality. The whole look was tied together by her messy but stylish ponytail for a more modern take on a traditional up-do. Our resulting shoot really blended everything together, resulting in the perfect wedding for a more fashion forward bride.
