This wedding will forever and always have my heart —
If somebody would have told me back in April when I first met this adorable, sweet-as-can-be blonde bombshell through our mutual friend Lauren that I would be photographing her wedding only a few months later, I would have laughed and given them the biggest “yeah right” eye-roll they had ever seen. Yet here I am, excitedly sharing a first glimpse at their Southern Ontario tented wedding, and one of the most beautiful days I have ever been blessed enough to be a part of.
Megan and Johnny have this once-in-a-lifetime love that just fills any room they walk into. Watching them exchange their vows, and seeing Megan’s stress just melt away the second she held Johnny’s hands at the altar her father built will forever be one of the most magical moments I have ever experienced as a wedding photographer. Not only are they truly warm, kind, and compassionate people to their very core, but they have also become true friends who I feel lucky to have in my life.
M + J — You are everything that I think of when I think of true love. Thank you so much for allowing me to be a part of not only your “day,” but the continuation of one of the most heartwarming love stories I have ever been witness to.
As if their day wasn’t incredible enough, I also had the pleasure of working alongside my sweet friend Janet from Videos by Janet who put together this incredible highlight of their wedding! Johnny’s tearful vows will forever and always make me weak in the knees and I just love that they will be able to relive that moment for all the years to come!
